All great gelato and ice cream can be first judged by vanilla. Our vanilla is made with pure Madagascar vanilla beans and is rich, creamy and undeniably real vanilla. Pair with any flavor or dessert. Blend with some coffee, ice and bourbon for an adult-themed shake.

We rotate the chocolates we offer. Whether it’s a single origin from Madagascar, Equador, Peru or Grenada, or an all-American flavor like chocolate malt or rocky road, it’ll be rich, creamy and intense.

No offering is complete without some nuts. Might be a traditional flavor like pure pistachio or toasted hazelnut, roasted almond or maybe it’s peanut butter. If it’s a nut, you might find it in our display. Sometimes pure, sometimes not. Think hazelnut chocolate chip, almond fig or our Nutty Road (peanut butter gelato with toasted marshmallow and fudge swirl).

We use our favorite Counter Culture roast, Big Trouble, to make all our coffee flavors. Rich, intense and creamy. Sometimes plain, other times with chocolate chip. If you’re lucky, you’ll find our coffee biscotti chip in the case (coffee gelato with chunks of chocolate and pieces of chocolate biscotti – YUM!). We also make an amazing, creamy vegan coffee gelato.

Rich, creamy, intense with flavor and vegan. You’ll typically also find a version with orange in the case.

So rich, creamy, it's hard to believe it’s vegan. We add a swirl of toasted coconut to take it over the edge. Sometimes we’ll add chocolate chips.

Another classic.  Strawberries and water make up the majority of this winner. Sometimes we’ll add chocolate chip but either way, this is always a refreshing and light choice.

Just like eating a delicious frozen mango! Intense flavor and color --- undeniably mango.

For the true raspberry enthusiast, this is for you. Intense in color and flavor, it’s creamy consistency will surprise you. Sometimes made with chocolate chips --- always amazing.

What trip to the local gelateria would be complete without fresh lemon sorbetto? Sometimes it’s lemon, other times it’s Meyer Lemon. Either way, it’s light, fresh and the ultimate palette cleanser.
